All purchases are subject to a final purchase agreement signed by both parties. No binding agreement exists until a signed purchase agreement is executed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Deposits placed on units are refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation terms will be specified in your purchase agreement. All transactions are processed in USD and subject to applicable state sales tax.

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit qualification and lender terms. Texas Truck Store does not guarantee financing approval. Any pre-approval estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding.

By submitting a financing application, you authorize us to share your information with our lending partners for the purpose of obtaining credit approval.

Trade-in and buyout offers are subject to final inspection. Any offer provided online or via phone is an estimate only and may be adjusted based on in-person inspection.

Shipping services are arranged through third-party heavy equipment carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Texas Truck Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unit condition upon delivery is documented. Any damage claims must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading at time of delivery. All shipments include cargo insurance coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Truck Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
